I went to Smiles to get a dental implant procedure.. Sydney was the assistant and was great.. I don’t like getting X-rays because my mouth is small and the X-ray sensor digs into the roof of my mouth.. Sydney was so aware of that and held the sensor in place to take the X-rays. She explained to me what the steps would be to complete the implant. Dr Jameel was very friendly and quick with the procedure, I did tell him that the new abutment felt a little off, and he identified what was going on and made the adjustment for me. Megan is an absolute Saint. I did not have my insurance card on me so she was so sweet to search my company to see if we could find out my provider, she always welcome me with a smile.. I know most folks don’t enjoy going to the dentist..but I can assure you, they answer any questions you may have about a procedure, and make sure you are comfortable and at ease with all the friendly folks who work there.
