I have been afraid of the dentist since I was a child but I got recommended this place and I wish I found it sooner. Dr Howard has been so sweet taking care of my teeth, her and Hannah. The staff are kind and patient even when I panic, they are very clear and quick to fix my problems when I came in for an emergency visit in a ton of pain. I used to freak out even thinking of a dentist but now I kind of look forward to it. 10/10 would come again

I truly can’t recommend West Nashville Smiles Dentistry enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for by every member of the team. The office is beautiful, clean, and runs like clockwork. But what really sets this place apart is the people—and the outstanding care they provide. Dr. Catherine Howard is absolutely phenomenal. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and calming presence made me feel completely at ease. She walked me through every part of my treatment plan, patiently answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood every step. When it came time for my crown, she went above and beyond to make sure the fit, bite, and appearance were absolutely perfect. Her work is meticulous, and I left feeling confident and cared for. If you’re in need of an amazing dentist in the West Nashville area, check out Dr. Howard! I also want to shout out Tatiana, my dental assistant, and Hannah, my hygienist—both were incredible! Tatiana was attentive and reassuring during the procedure, and Hannah gave me one of the most gentle and thorough cleanings I’ve ever had. They both helped create such a comfortable and positive experience. And just as importantly, the team helped me navigate the financial side of my treatment with compassion and transparency. They worked with me to create a manageable payment plan through CareCredit and explained all my options clearly. It made a huge difference and took a big weight off my shoulders.
